What's the Ring of Fire? The Ring of Fire is a geologic hot zone in the basin of the Pacific Ocean that produces unpredictable and traumatic shifts in the earth's own structure - plate tectonics. These plates are not fixed but are constantly moving atop a layer of solid and molten rock.
Ring of Fire athletes have all experienced their own kind of unpredictable and traumatic shifts in their lives and their bodies.
This Society honors and challenges their resiliency and strength.
Now let's get to work.
INCLUSIVE * STRONG
Seize The Oar is proud to manage the Ring of Fire Para-Rowing Society, made up of the top competitive adaptive rowers from the US and Canada.
We host sprint and head racing camps in the Pacific NW as well as global virtual erg competitions.
Our aim to connect para-rowers, their coaches and the staff who make it all possible - sharing resources, ideas, and training plans through events and information sharing.
