NEW! Assistant Coach position designing and leading weekly workouts with competitive para-rowing racing team from the PacNW region. Must be familiar with working with athletes of varying abilities, including spinal cord injuries. Perfect for PTs, RTs and high level students or qualified personal trainers looking to expand your knowledge and see results. Rowing knowledge is preferred.
Practices are Sundays in Columbia City, December - May. Position includes 2.5 hours/week of leading practice plus planning time and event attendance. May lead to a permanent position with the summer racing team. Stipend.

APPRENTICE COACH POSITION
Learn coaching and training for the adaptive athlete next Summer with Seize The Oar, the top NW competitive Para-Rowing Team! You will benefit from twice-weekly practice and regatta time from May through October with athletes across the ability spectrum, gaining skills like practice management, athlete care, and racing/training strategies from novice/recreational to high performance.
