Intro to Adaptive Rowing (free) Sunday, May 31st 9-11 am
Adaptive Rowing (June 7th, 21st, and 27th) Sundays 9-11 am
New athletes will need to be assessed in regards to their functional movement and any adaptations they will need to have a successful workout.

TWO SEASONS OF TRAINING:
NOVEMBER - APRIL - INDOOR. INDOOR land training November through April. It’s a fun team-style circuit workout.
MAY - OCTOBER - WATER. WATER training April through October. We have Juniors, Novice, Racing and High Performance Groups.
